ABOUT ME

I'm located in Shaker Heights, a suburb of Cleveland, where I work full time in research and insights for Siemens Information Software. I've spent the past 15 years working in product research and product management for software companies, and I occasionally coach and teach in the area as well. (In this riveting action shot, I'm delivering a talk to a group at Harvard, while a fancy Harvard cat tries to show me what's up.)

I have a husband, two kids and two pitt mixes, who keep everything interesting. We live in a house from 1925, and generally try to keep all the plates spinning.
